All students in Years 7 and/or 8 are required to complete 4 Technology Mandatory courses to meet the requirements of the school certificate.

All mandatory courses involve students completing practical design projects in 3 areas of study: the Built Environment, Products and Information & Communication. To complete the projects students will use several technologies in specialised rooms such as food, graphics, media, textiles, timber, electronics, metals, information and computer technology.
