UNIFORM

The School Community has agreed that there should be a uniform code of dress for all students attending Smith’s Hill High School. In accordance with Department of School Education Guidelines, it is expected that all students who accept a place at Smith’s Hill High School will abide by this dress code.

The School´s Uniform Shop has been set up by the P & C to assist parents in purchasing the approved uniform at reasonable cost. All profits flow back into school projects.

The uniform for Junior Girls consists of:-

  • white blouse with school crest
  • blue tartan skirt, shorts or navy slacks
  • school blazer
  • school V-necked jumper
  • school tie
  • white socks or black tights
  • black enclosed leather shoes

The uniform for Senior Girls consists of:-

  • white blouse
  • navy skirt, shorts or slacks
  • school blazer
  • school V-necked jumper
  • school tie
  • white socks or black stocking tights
  • black enclosed leather shoes

The uniform for Junior Boys consists of:-

  • white shirt
  • navy shorts or trousers
  • school blazer
  • school V-necked jumper
  • school tie
  • white socks with shorts or navy socks with trousers
  • black enclosed leather shoes

The uniform for Senior Boys is the same as for junior boys except:-

  • grey shorts or trousers
  • grey socks with shorts or trousers

On formal occasions and when students are representing the school, the blazer and tie must be worn with the uniform

Sports uniform for both boys and girls:-

  • navy & white sports shirt with gold trim
  • navy blue sports shorts
  • white socks
  • clean joggers/trainers
  • school zippered jacket and track pants
(School caps or brimmed hats are available from the Uniform Shop. Scarves, other hats and beanies to be in navy blue.)
